Knowing that men earn more money than women and are the majority in most of the job roles in the country, the brand wanted to show people how gender disparity looked like in the workforce.
IDEA
On prime-time TV shows that had female and male hosts, we slowly reframed the camera to represent the actual percentage of visibility of women vs. men in different work industries.


We shared the different statistics on social media to further spark the conversation that, even though we've advanced a lot on equality matters, there was still a lot more to achieve.
